Durga U.K: I’m Durga U.K, a word-lover from the colorful city of Chennai - and if there’s one thing I adore, it’s turning simple ideas into stories, rhymes, and slogans that make people smile!
I enjoy giving old tales like the Panchatantra and Aesop’s Fables a playful twist, complete with humor, rhymes and a sprinkle of tech magic. My stories and songs have found happy homes on channels like Kids Galaxy and ChuChu TV, delighting little minds everywhere.
Before I took to writing, I learned the magic of movement at Pentamedia — Working as a 2D Animator helped me learn how to bring stories to life, one frame at a time!
I’ve also had my share of slogan fun — winning prizes for catchy captions and creative lines.
When I’m not writing for kids, I love dreaming up acrostic poems, puzzles, rap verses, or anything else that lets words dance on the page.
